My baking had been pretty non existent since Easter....when I did make the golden gaytime cheesecake, from "The Road to loving my Thermomixers" blog

Then in the last month, there has been 2 orders for 21st cupcake towers....have been told by a little birdy to expect some more  8)













One order was 100 cupcakes, the other 120....thank god for Thermie, as it made a massive job so much easier.

You have me drooling over the Gaytime cheesecake!!! On my Christmas dessert menu for sure although I may need a few test runs on it  ;D

mama...perfect dessert, but a couple of tips.  Use dark Belgium chocolate for the ganache  :-* & for the crumb topping, just roll out the biscuit dough and place a biscuit sheet to cook.  It's much better as a crunchy topping, and a lot less work  ;)

today slices, anzac biscuits, ILB cakes, cotage pies, spag bol sauce, Roast lamb and veges for dinner. ;)
