Pizza last night. Tonight will be a thick soup with some English muffins I plan to make.

Robyn our Pizza Maker is simply called The Pizza Maker. It is used a lot and we have had it for some years. I don’t know if they are still around.

Tonight we had Leek, Chickpea and Chorizo soup from Thermofun.

Obbie, I don’t think there is a lot of choice with Pizza machines.
Needed quick simple Dinner.  Added a tin of crushed tomatoes , 1 potato and a large Zuchinni with water and cubes to TMX.   Made nice cream soup. Ate with SD toast.

The last of  our baldchin groper. I am going to try Chookie's SD with it. We will have AF chips and a salad. I'm cooking some corned beef for sandwiches today too.

I made this for lunch, dinner and 2 meals for the freezer, I really enjoyed it.  I used the full 300g of the tub of cream plus a pinch of saffron and only 1 chilli. It’s a thick sauce so I might have to add some liquid (milk or more cream perhaps) when I reheat it tonight and after it comes out of the freezer. https://www.everydaymumskitchen.com/post/creamy-tuna-pasta

It looks rather tasty Judy. I'm going to make a few batches of soup and freeze them today. DD is on holidays for the next 2 weeks and doesn't like salad for lunch as that is what she has a work every day. It will be handy for all of us in this freezing weather. She probably won't each much of it as she will be out and about.

It tastes better than it looks cookie.  I used to do one similar from the WW books but it didn’t have as many ingredients in it. Your soup will get eaten cookie and the house will smell nice whilst it’s cooking too.

We were out most of yesterday. Put a piece of beef into SC with carrots and Capsicum.  Served with TMX mashed pots and peas. Tonight, same dish reheated.
