This is from another forum member, can't remember who put it here originally. I just copied it to my recipe folder.

1 cup yoghurt  (you can use low fat)
2 Tbsp TMX mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh dill or a sprinkle of dried
pinch of curry powder
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
