Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Re: Fresh Yeast
« on: July 17, 2012, 01:01:58 pm »
I love using fresh yeast for a treat, i put it in with the water and cook for 2 min 37 degrees speed 1.
I don't know if it is my imagination but the bread seems lighter!
Cheers, Jenny  :)

Hi Guys, i cooked the delicious Beef Rendang last night and now my seal is very smelly. I tried soaking it in vinegar and water, and then lemon juice and water. Now I'm thinking maybe i should cook something and that will help take the smell away? Your thoughts and suggestions please.
Love Jenny  :-\

I'd had a busy day so we had good ole Bolognaise Sauce with Pasta and Green Parmesan! The green parmesan came about by a spur of the moment, I just put my cubed parmesan into the tmx and looked at the parsley and grabbed a sprig and threw it in too. It crumbled up just like the parmesan and turned it a lovely shade of green, and i thought it tasted beaut!! Jenny ;D
