K mart and target have cushy $10 ones you can toss in the wash and you can toss when they get crappy. When puppy grows up take him with you and let him choose!

I have bought many beds over the years and none have been the absolute perfect beds. Now my one dog Jaxon sleeps in the Queen with not so dear DH. Perfect.

Thanks Gert, I'll check Kmart out. I didn't think to look there. I want one with sides so it keeps all the dirt in when the dogs come in from outside. I have flat ones at the moment and am always vac-ing up sand and hair. Would be nice to keep it in their beds and just shake them out each day.

I am not one for dogs in my bed, and there'd be no room for us if a kelpie, a staffy and a Labrador was in there with us!

Me neither as I am so restless. Not dog wants to sleep in my bed anyway.

Yeah those cheapies are fine, soft and warm with curves and totally washable.

Nikkit, City Farmers always has a good range of dog beds. Our local Red Dot store also sells some cheapies. You could also try calling this pet shop in Mt Lawley who have a wonderful range of pet products 9271 6632 and I'm sure would be very helpful.

My new RFID safe credit card thingy arrived today. Love it. Thanks  Emme. I am going to make it work for me and it also lightens my wallet and separates credit cards from loyality  cards and cash. Love the little sliders and the way it keeps the cards.

So glad you like it Gert, I am used to having the cards separated now and don't even think about looking in my purse for my CC.  It did take a little while to get used to it but am happy I did, as you say when you get old & wobbly it pays to be careful.

We only had four days in Taiwan and the museum that invited us over had all of our time organised ... perhaps too organised!  Anyway, Taiwan was lovely and green and WET!  DH loved his time at the museum and came back with a couple of amazing books on the instruments in the collection ... violin maker's porn at its best!  The museum is not yet open to the public but it houses an amazing collection, not only of fine instruments and bows, but we also had a quick peek at armour, birds / animals and there are all sorts of other things which we did not have time to view.

Yes, Gert, DH and his colleagues were given totally free access to the instruments.  It was a wonderful experience for them all ... even those who see way more fine instruments than we do were bowled over by the generosity of the curators.  I don't think they got to play them, too busy oggling them I think!

CC - I THINK I am getting on top of the mountain ... the problem is, more comes in each day than I have hours to deal with it.  I was at my desk for 14 hours yesterday and another 12 today, so perhaps I am making a bit of a dent.  Month end is always hectic, though, as I am sure all our other small business members will know, so I am not alone in my struggles to keep my head above the paperwork!  Not looking forward to end of financial year next year.
