I've made this cake twice now - the 1.5x quantity in a kugelhopf tin - and it's been perfect both times.

(I find some banana cake recipes go heavy in the Thermomix; perhaps some recipes can't tolerate being over-mixed.)

Looking forward to trying some of the variations when Mum's next bunch of bananas is ripe :)

Had some bananas that needed using so made this today.Very nice cake.Thanks MJ ;D

Just one word GF "luck" :D :D :D :D
I used my IKEA cake tin for the first time.When the cake was cold I just made up some lemon glace icing and plopped it in the middle.I thought it would drizzle down but it just sat in the centre :D :D :D
