So quick, easy & yummy, glad to finally have tried it out.  I did lemon and then orange and both are good, might mix it up next time, a little ginger and macadamia might be good to add as well.

Made these this afternoon.Oh boy are they good 8) Mine only took ten minutes to cook.Made 24 cookies. :) I used an orange rind that I took off with my microplane. ;)

Ooh they look good, will have to try.
Just defrosted some frozen cookie dough though to bake tomorrow.
So will have to wait. Meant To be healthy eating.....

Such a lovely photo CC, I just have to make them today now - my bikkie tins are virtually empty.

So quick and they are delicious little morsels.  I made 30 smaller biscuits but still had to cook them 15 minutes at 170oC.

I can understand that.  I ate 3 whilst they were on the cooling rack so I quickly put them in the tin after that.  :D
