Yes I did enjoy my outing and day off today girls - it's always nice to catch up with my fellow carers and have a laugh.  SIL always enjoys spending time with her brother.

How do you pan fry a sandwich Mich? Doesn't it fall apart? :-\

No it doesn't fall apart. Make the sandwich as usual and butter the top side - place buttered side down in the pan and then spread the the slice of bread facing you with butter - give it a few minutes to brown then turn it over. Take it out of the pan and cut in half.
