If not for lunch and dinner then dinner and usually lunch the next day. It doesn't get boring as I don't particularly like cooking so anything that has leftovers is great!! I hate having to cook let along two different meals each day and then sometimes something different for the little one.

Having said that....I do get bored of certain recipes so always seek out new ones every couple of months or so!

DH, met me at work for lunch today and we went halves in a chicken ceaser burger and chips.
The burger was nice but the company was excellent.  :)

Today I'm having Penang Checken with brown rice and steamed green veges from 12WBT. Same for dinner.

I would be happy to eat that for lunch and dinner Tasty  :D

Sounds yum  :D

We had "crack-an-egg pies" made by miss6 - who got a dairy-good food DVD from the MIL which had the recipe on it.
--- basically bread buttered then pushed into a muffin pan then an egg cracked into it, cut up ham and grated cheese on top, bake 200deg for 15min.
:D

That does sound good... even I would probably eat those Astarra! Without the cheese though ;)

Mum and SD had leftover lamb shank casserole for lunch.... after we found it :-)) :-))

They sound great astarra. Must get the little ones to help me make them as I know they would love them
Don't you like cheese Amy?

Well... I made the dinner last night and then went to work. When I got back, mum had washed the dishes and SD had dried them. I noticed that there wasn't any leftover casserole in the fridge, which I thought was strange because it had seemed like a lot. Anyway, I asked mum at lunch time today whether she wanted me to cook some poached eggs and potato wedges, but she said they would just have the leftover casserole. I said there wasn't any, and she kept saying there was until I showed her inside the fridge. Then she looked around and saw the casserole dish that she had put the leftovers in, up in its place in the cupboard. Mum had left the dish on the bench and SD had just put it away with the other dishes :o :-))
But SD still wanted it for lunch, so thats what he got :-X

I had to laugh though :D :D :D

And in regards to cheese... its not my favourite food, MF. There are other things I would rather eat that would be less calories ;D ;D ;D

Giggling like little girl Amy ;D  I bet you're glad it's not summer! Really don't think the casserole would have been edible. ???

Hehehe, so was I in the end MT ;D
Yes, so glad it was a cold, wet day! Imagine the smell if it had been a hot day....urk, definitely wouldn't have been edible! :-X
Mum and SD haven't keeled over yet, so I don't think the casserole had gone off or anything :-))

I was happy eating my wholemeal crumpet ;)
