Was lazy today and brought chicken nuggets and hot chips....and guess what? - they were yuk!!!  :-))

Left over BBQ chook (we were bad last night) in fresh baked bread with crispy lettuce & home made mayonnaise - I actually made the mayonnaise just so I could have some in my sandwich! Yummo

We had a BBQ'd sausage/caramelised onion roll or two - handy having a whole packet of caramelised onion in the freezer for a quick meal.
