We had the most amazing lunch...we went out as a family to a little town, found a beautiful spot which had a play area for the kids and a barbeque, and we had lunch! What we ate was very basic but yum, but the atmosphere and togetherness was GREAT!! 

We had cheese & bacon pull-apart bread (heated on BBQ), chicken tenderloins, BBqed kabana, salad and cheese.

Lunch for me  was a delicious crispy skinned twice cooked pork belly, royal blue potato mash, a timbale of braised cabbage with fennel and an apple purée..
Brought to the table with a chilled bottle of Catalina Sounds Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborogh NZ.
Entree was salt and pepper calamari with aioli and a salad with leaves, orange segments, diced tomato, cucumber with a Dijon vinaigrette .
Had a lovely afternoon with DH who is now snoring away while am sitting on my balcony with the dogs.

Both different but equally good.
It's not the food that matters but who you share it with.
