I made beef teriyaki with soba udon noodles from the meat on the menu cookbook for hubby and kids.
My dinner was freezer suprise  :D

Quick and easy tonight as we had to unpack the van and wash it etc. Seafood risotto.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Tonight we had slow cooked chicken, using Opi's greek marinade  http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4990.0
char grilled zucchini brushed with garlic oil, and I roasted some tomatoes/red onion/garlic with balsamic vinegar & garlic oil, then mixed it through some rice.



I'm tipping we wont get a cold this month with the garlic consumption from tonight  :P

Was 33c here today, so fired up the bbq and cooked scotch steaks, onions, made potato salad using kerry's ceaser dressing http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2603.0 (which was really nice), and dressed cucumber.

I'm with you there Maddy....we eat garlic in nearly every dinner ! Tonite was pumpkin and leek risotto (with lots of wine and garlic) YUM! ;)

Well DH was on dinner tonight  :o ;D I am laid up in bed. He made the meatballs from the motm then mash and steamed veg  :D one way to get DH cooking in the TM so proud of him  :-)) although I wish I was ok to stand and cook.

Tonight we had calamari that had been marinated in garlic, lemon zest, chilli and olive oil then quickly grilled.  I made some aioli in the TM to serve with.  :)

We had Minestrone from the EDC and some Cheese and bacon rolls from this forum. I am very full and it was very yummy.

Tonight I made chicken with KFC seasoning, mashed potatoes and peas.
For me I found some carrot felafel in the freezer.
 


I fried the chicken breasts in a small amount of oil then whacked it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
DH gave it a 5/5
DD1 also gave it 5/5 and is taking her left overs to school.
DD2 said it was too spicy and said she doesn't like any type of spice  :-))
