Don't tell anyone but we had Maccas. First time in many years.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We had Bangers & Mash for dinner tonight, using the beef stock that I made in the pressure cooker earlier in the week. It was quite nice (this meal ALWAYS is) however I don't normally add salt or butter when I'm cooking it, because I would normally have used packaged liquid stock which has enough salt in it for me, however I didn't add any salt to the stock when I made it, so the gravy was lacking a little something, but still nice nonetheless. I'll just have to remember next to add just a little salt while I'm cooking it. :D

You can always add salt at the end, but can never take it out ;)

Spag Bol and garlic bread.

Very true. I didn't notice that it needed it until it was already on my plate, though. I probably could have added it then, but didn't worry about it. It was still pretty nice the way it was.

It was Amy but the potato was under seasoned and a little bit undercooked also. Not as good as usual but still ok.

I hope you told the waiter! Nothing worse than an average meal when you go out :P And crunchy potatoes aren't very nice.

I did Amy  ;)
I always say if something isn't right and always compliment the chef when everything is perfect. I still enjoyed it very much but hate having to add salt in a restaurant and the potatoes should have been nicer.

Good on you ;) You'd think the chef would be able to cook potatoes of all things, I wouldn't have thought it that hard :-))
I love being able to give honest wonderful compliments, but I also speak up when things aren't done properly. I once ordered a salad at a cafe and asked for the dressing on the side, but when it came out the entire salad was drenched in dressing. I said to the waitress "I asked for the dressing on the side" and she said "its just balsamic vinegar" so I said again "I asked for the dressing on the side" and handed the plate back to her ;D
