MF and Hally sounds like you both had wonderful nights. It's my dream to one day live by the beach but I think it will always just remain a dream. Can't wait to hear the update on lr Hally, you seem excited.

The comet was great, all very excited in this house. Couldnt  see it with the naked eye or dhs binoculars but the lovely man we met had all the best equioment. He has already emailed us photos from last night.  His dw told me he is well known in the circles & the BBC chase him for photos. Dh & him are going to stay in touch & we will be comet chasers ;DLOL

Yes lots of good news on lr, too busy today, lots of info to read, digest etc. All looking good & the best thing is I have  been told he has never been this happy before :) naturally lots of stuff I cant put on a public forum but can  email if anyone interested.

I remember looking for Halley's Comet when I was At school camp. Lots of fun Hally.

Sausages and curry pasta salad tonight. Hope hot weather stops soon. Getting sick if salads ;)

Last night I made the EDC Beef Stroganoff but with chicken as recommended by Yvette. It has a delicious flavour and I will be making it again.

I love moussaka Suzanne. I am sure it will turn out lovely.

We are having smoked salmon fish cakes with salad of rocket, grape tomatoes, avocado and asparagus.
This has just  reminded me that I haven defrosted my fish cakes  :o

MF I have never made smoked salmon fish cakes and they sound nice. Could you tell me how you make them please? They would make a nice change.
