It doesn't matter if Jamies meals take longer as they are usually delish  :)

That's right Yvette....his 15 minutes could be 1 hour for us, but it doesn't bother me at all.
He has copped flak for it with some reviewers  :P but who cares....he has fantastic recipes.

Totally agree with you Maddy, i love the book ;D

Me too.  Am not concerned how long it takes for me to cook the meals, it's the recipes that I'm interested in. I don't think I've made a bad recipe yet from Jamie, always flavoursome.  :D

Maddy, your photo has made me want to try that recipe.  ;D

Lovely pic Maddy.
Your meal sounds great Hally.
Tonight we had spring rolls, Chinese steamed pork buns and Singapore noodles.

I agree. Take away pizzas cost us close to $30 at a time. Thats a lot of saving.

DH made a moroccan chick pea salad from Amanda's blog - Lambs Ears and Honey

http://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/2013/01/moroccan-chick-pea-salad-for-our-steamy-summer-days/

The salad was absolutely gorgeous!  Quite a bit of oil in the dressing, which we would reduce next time, but such an attractive and tasty and easy salad 5+++/5   :-* :-* Thanks Amanda
