forgot to write that tonight we will be having KFC chicken. Im trying to keep myself busy while waiting to hear if I got this job or not, each day that goes by is making me think NOT  :(. Cant win them all I guess. Im very impatient.

Well I hope they let you know one way or the other Mandi - it's horrible just waiting for that call that never comes.  Hang in there, it's not over until the fat lady sings  ;)

Hard to wait but KFC helps.  I love  it but try to limit myself to 2 times a year  plus crisis times. I always but the bucket and eat it for a week.

Tonight is going to be slop.

My ringed lasagna, i have no confdence, its nows sitting in the fridge. No idea how i am going to get it out f the mould, cant beieve I even thought I could, yes H what planet do you live on, planet hopeful.

Very messy making this. ;D layers taste good, butcant see them being layers, just one slop in a lasagna dish!LOL

Oh well I think this is going to be voted the biggest oops of the year.

Well on the plus side, it wasnt too costly, plus I made enough pasta & sauce & spinach & ricoota to have 3 large canneloni tubes. In the oven now. I thought doing a different recipe using italan sausage & a few other thongs might have made it more sturdier, but NO.

Oh well, it was something I wanted to do, & I dont think its going to work :(

H ;D ;D gotta laugh.
