Pie Maker Chocolate Molten Puddings
Serves 6
180g dark chocolate (70%)
150g unsalted butter
110g caster sugar
50g plain flour
4 eggs
Preparation
Place the chocolate and butter into the bowl, a couple of brief turbo blasts to chop it slightly.
Scrape down and melt these together. Speed 2, 50* until melted.
Add the sugar, flour and lightly beaten eggs and whisk quickly. Speed 4, about 5/6 secs. You may need to scrape the bowl down.
Preheat your pie maker, grease if you usually do.
Pour about one third cup of mixture into each hole.
Close lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until a crust has formed on the surface.
Serve with icecream.
I found the mixture  made more than 6. I tore this recipe from a paper some time ago. They are delicious.

Oh no, why did I have to look at this at dinner time ... the temptation is great ... it's as well I don't have a pie maker! I'll just drool quietly in front of my computer.
