I have sultana bran with pyslium(spelling?) husks, a glass of juice and a cup of tea. I've had this for many years. Sometimes I have Tenina's granuesli, but I love having it as an afternoon snack as it keeps me going.

Thank you Amy.  What are you studying? Is it TER or whatever it is called now?

 ;D ;D ;D

I left school when I was 15 cookie :-[ After my spinal surgery I had fallen so far behind with school work that it would have been almost impossible for me to catch up. I got Certificates II and III in Community Services at TAFE, and I also did a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Child Protection). Most recently I was studying an advanced diploma of nutritional medicine, but unfortunately I had to withdraw. I'm hoping to get into dietetics or some form or health science at university in the next couple of years though.
I'm currently studying to be a personal trainer, and would like to also study exercise science or physiology :)

Sorry, that was a very long-winded load of blabber :-)) ;D

Amy not rambling at all. This was a question I was thinking of also asking. You certainly sound like quite an inspirational person and I'm more than happy to hear some of your life story.

If I have time and don't mind feeling like a pig my all time favorite breakfast id huevos rancheros. This is fried eggs served on a tortilla topped with re-fried beans and salsa. May be a little cheese sprinkle on top.

Amy, you are so inspirational. ;)

I started studying at 35, and got my diploma in 8 months instead of 2 years.
That was enough study for me.

Good on you for keeping on with study.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Thanks Robyn ;D I'm really just your average teenager though :-))
What do you have your diploma in? I'd love to study for the rest of my life. I love knowledge, especially if I can use it to help other people :D

Wow Robyn, that sounds like a lot! I think I need to come and see you for a sports massage. How much do you charge? ;D

You reminded me that I did a course in Swedish massage :) It was great, but doing those hour-long massages made my back ache so I don't think its the job for me :-))
It did help me learn a lot of Anatomy and Physiology though, which I need for any health related work ;)
