Judy,  I seem to have lost a post.  Nougat, pistachios, almonds, few macadamian and chopped up dried apricot.  I don't like white chocolate. It turned out perfect. I have melted Lindt chocolate and poured over the top after cutting the bars.
Stirring the warm nuts in does extend the handling time.
The pasta still has to have another layer of pumpkin and mozzarella. Made the Ricotta in the TMX and the spinach from garden.

Nougat with chocolate icing.  Made 24 squares. Perfect. So easy.

Onion, Sage and cranberry cheese cake.  I had to make 3 lots of Ricotta for this.  Will report how vegetarian visitors like it.

Muffins and nougat look delicious  :)

I am going to make  some savoury tarts as part of my Christmas buffet food today. I haven't  decided on the fillings yet. Can't do sit down and serve for 30+ people so I always have lots of different dishes for everyone to take what they want.

MF,  you might like this,  it is easy and would make many serves. I think it will cut into 16 slices with other food.
It is from the UK Thermomix site.

Great cooking girls.  I have the grandkids here for a couple of days but no cooking necessary - lots of 1 - 2 serve meals in the freezer.  For lunch today spag bol, chilli con carne and pulled beef pot pie.  They didn't fight over what they would have, shared some but the pulled beef pot pie was the winner, it went down a treat.  GD wants me to make it again and send it home with her  :D  She was pleased to hear I still have one in the freezer for her tomorrow.

I at last got to make some fruit mince pies. I used the Cherry Fruit Mince that I made a few weeks ago.

Chookie & Cookie you both have been very busy and the food looks wonderful.  :D

Judy, where did you get the pulled beef pie recipe please? DH said he is over the vegan diet, I'm sure he would enjoy a beef pie.

It's from the Healthy Food Guide Michele, I'll email it to you later.
