How do you find so much time in the day to do all the cooking, Chookie?  I don't know how you do it.

Me too/three.  If I make 2-3 things I need a nanna nap.

I'm also amazed at how much Chookie manages to cook.  Like Cookie I do 1 or 2 things and need to sit down.

Today I am making some vegetable soup out of some mangey looking veg I found in the fridge.  Just the right weather for soup.

It certainly is soup weather ... I'll be making a big pot of stew tomorrow, one of my favourite cold weather comfort foods.

Today I made "the best Australian carrot cake", according to the headlines in the newspaper this week.  I wasn't sure how it would turn out as I didn't have enough oil.  There was only a little bit left at the bottom in all my bottles ... I ended up using up all my rice bran oil, all my grapeseed oil, all my 'light' EVOO and even then I had to use some coconut oil.  Interesting combination!  Anyway it turned out edible, so not a total loss!

You've been busy Marina. I have made a Classic Loaf and have a rye SD in the fridge overnight.

Marina, I just love it when I use up all the little bits of oil or veggies or any bits of anything hanging around.

Busy day, Obbie!  I thnk you have quite a few kitchen 'devices' but I sometimes wish I had 3 - 4 TMXs so that I don't have to keep stopping to clean up!!  I do have extra bowls, but once you get more than two dirty you have to stop to clean them so that you have room to start all over again!

Obbie, well set up for week. Marina, I have only one bowl so when I cooked today, even though I could have made this dish in the TMX, I had to do it stove top.
SD dough still in TMX Bowl.
