I'm just frying up the chickpea patties and based on how many I am eating as I am cooking them - they are YUM. They are really tasty - I would highly recommended them 5/5.

I made these too. Agree they were fab. Kids complained about the curry flavour though  :o

I had them the next day for lunch with salad, yoghurt and beetroot relish (also from this book??) - YUMMM.  Raved to all my colleagues.

Give them a try :)

Have made the mixture before school, smells devine. In the frdige ready to roll tonight. Love this recipe as its standard ingredients I have on hand :)

Just whipped up a batch of these, left them in fridge to roll later. They are very yummy :)

dd made these to take on a picnic she said they were delicious and her vegetarian friend thought they were absolutely yummy

Had these again tonight. Great meal for meatless mondays, served wfith parsnip chips & salad :)
