I have an extensive collection of early 20th century kitchen appliances, mixers, toasters, waffle irons, coffee makers and a few one-off items that never made it commercially.
Welcome andiesenji, would love to know what these one-off items are, any chance of a picture or two and an explanation as to what they are used for? You sound like a very interesting person, hope you have someone who will take over your collection and be as passionate about it as you are (not for another 30 or so years of course ) Looking forward to seeing some of your converted recipes from the 'good old days' - comfort food at its best.

Welcome Anaise, you have done very well for your first day. Far better than I did.

Congratulations Meagan, may you sell many TMX's and bring many new members to our forum. Well done.

He is telling fibs Cookie1. Anyone who can bring an old car back to life like your DH can, could surely work out the TMX Personally, I don't think I could stand a man in my kitchen unless he did all the cooking all of the time and cleaned up after himself. Love my cooking and kitchen too much to share it with anyone else.

Funny, I've never even heard of mock chicken. Mock fish is the only thing I know from the old days.
