Hello again.
Next question...... There is so much knowledge in here, it is wonderful.

For my iPad best recipe app. I think someone mentioned paprika?

I need to start putting them in some sort of order.....

Thanks so much in advance

Yes paprika is one that quiet a few use. I actually use one called "recipe book", I find this really great for getting recipes straight from the forum or any other web site. :)
I think there are quiet a few out there.
Are you using tapatalk app for your iPad ?

Hi droverjess, I use paprika and it works really well for me.  I can highly recommend it.

I know some others in here swear by evernote but I haven't really been able work that one out.  I'm sure someone will pop in later tonight who can fill you in.

I love having my recipes stored electronically, really helps keep the paper clutter in the kitchen to a minimum!

I'm another paprika user, both on my iPad and my macbook.  If I'm working on my normal laptop and want to get a recipe into paprika I either use the widget that is available to copy it straight from a web page or type it into big oven and then use the widget to get it in.

Showing ignorance what is tapatalk... I think Gert already mentioned it.

I only have iPad in house and iPhone. Have old windows pc in outside office. So less likely to link up. Expect one day will replace pc with mac but that is years away.

Will have to look online atbthese things later. Must go feed the orphan lambs, will be back later.

Tapatalk is an app you can use to go onto forums (like the forum thermomix) it's easy to be able to post photos, chat and post etc,
There are a few members now using tapatalk.

Hi Mandi,
How do you get tapatalk, do you down load it from the internet or you have to buy the app? Thanks.

Is the paprika app really $20? It seems expensive for an app of its kind, but then I haven't looked at any other recipe organising apps before so that could be a standard price..?

Wow. I didn't know it was that much. Is there a free version to try?
A lot of people swear by it so it must be good.
I can't remember what I paid for my recipe book app (probably only 0.99 cent or there about)
I like having all my recipes in the same format for printing. I find it much easier to follow :)

Well that's how much it was when I looked it up on my macbook, but then I just looked it up on my iPhone and it was only $5.49, so now I'm not sure how much it would be for an iPad.

Have done a bit of research re apps.

Both are buy only apps tapatalk comes in 2 modes
For forum and HD. First is £1.99, second £2.99.

I have never yet paid for an app. Is tapatalk worth it?

I think I will get paprika though for recipes it is £2.99, as I m getting lost in the forum with all these marvellous recipes! A first to buy an app!

Night all, bath time calling.
