Just made this is it was yummy, not sure if it was onions or not (one was realllly strong) but it was really tasty. I added in a teaspoon of vinegar and it was YUM!

My old onion dip was made with a packet of onion soup, a can of reduced fat cream and a teaspoon of vinegar. But this will now be my go to recipe :)

I made this today, it was fantastic. I didn't have any stock paste left, so I used 1 tsp Vegeta veg stock powder and 1 tspn of my own homemade veg stock powder.  Tastes better that the shop one. Yum
