Astarra, are you doing TRTLMT lunchbox challenge? The look lovely. Where did you get your cutter?

Thanks Kat. Will follow it up.
Although the spinach and cheese pastries looked a bit rough, they tasted very nice. I used up what I had. Spinach from the garden, grated tasty cheese, 2 small cubes of feta and a bit of yoghurt. I grated the cheese in TMX, added the cooked cool spinach and rest and zapped at speed 4 for a few seconds.
It was also nice as a dip.

Yes I did the TRTLMT challenge,  ;D
I got the cutters off ebay, about $3 for 3 cutters from memory, I used the smallest one  :)

Spinach & Cheese Pastries look good Chookie.
Katj, I haven't made that Date & Rice bubble slice in years.  I think my old recipe had glace ginger in it as well.  Must look it out.

A beautiful cake Sue.You are so good at decorating. 8)

I made a Farmhouse Fruit Cake, very rustic compared to Sue's lovely cake LOL. It tastes lovely and quite economical to make.
