Delicious!  I made the Honey Praline using roasted almonds.  Like others I found it a bit too sweet, but will try it next time using home made condensed milk - thanks Burgerb for the link to the Opie recipe.  How am I supposed to lose weight with recipes like this?  >:(

Bought some carob syrup from the farmers market this morning.  Made this recipe and added 50g carob syrup in step one with the vanilla bean paste.  A very delicious ice-cream!  The carob flavour was quite subtle, and you could increase it a bit, but that would make it sweeter.  You could also make a subtle carob ice-cream as the base, and then swirl through some carob syrup to "marble" it through the ice-cream.

Made the Roasted Balsamic Strawberry version today, and can't believe how the balsamic just intensifies the strawberries  :o Wow!

Made this today using The Opies website to make the condensed milk. Turned out great nice & creamy.  The condensed milk recipe was super easy too.
