Hi Ladies I was doing some tidy up of bookmarks & saw the forum link.

Hope you are all well.

To my surprise my computer remembered my password as I thought last time I couldn't get in.  Like everyone we are spending a lot of time at home but we are actually get more exercise in with plenty of walks and bike rides which is a bonus.  We have plans to make hot cross buns this weekend but maybe Monday as tomorrow I think chocolate Easter Eggs will win.  Talking of which I have to go and make sure Easter Bunny is ready for tomorrow morning hunt plus he apparently has to respond to the letter left for him ;)

Hi everyone  :)

Just been reading back a few pages and interesting to see about not posting as I haven't been on for awhile.  I forgot my password, was meaning to message Judy but never got around to it, then tonight tried to log on and my computer automatically did it.  So I still don't know my password but I'm in.  I'll have to go & change it  ;)

I've done a few more e-course on whole food and family cooking which generate a few e-recipie books so have too many recipes to work through and I have just banned my self from signing up to anything else and before jumping on here I left a few groups on Facebook as I was in too many to keep up.  But the forum is always one I come back to when I need help and recently made a gravy from here that was winner.

We are well here and about to go on cruise from Singapore to Adelaide which we are all looking forward too.

It's late so I should head off to bed and I hope everyone is well.

Nice cookie & great moulds too.

They are a brown colour Judy but I think the cacao powder gives it a different look

Just made these as the heart shape moulds turned up today in the post & they are delicious ... my daughter loved them to (had to limit her to 2).

I only use 20g rapadura sugar & they are plenty sweet enough for me. Most of all love how creamy they are & the cacao flavour comes through over the coconut.

Thought I try my Easter moulds as well & worked ok but much harder to get out as not flexible.

Definitely making for Easter  :)

Made this today using The Opies website to make the condensed milk. Turned out great nice & creamy.  The condensed milk recipe was super easy too.

I have been looking at the dates and the cost for the 3 of us and my initial thoughts of seeing my Uncle & doing the forumfest isn't as easy as I thought.  The dates are tricky from both a work view point and also a family event.  Plus both Adrian & I had committed to seperate weekends away before the dates were suggested.  So very reluctantly I'm going to have to say to count us out.  If I hadn't committed to my weekend away in July I would have suggested to Adrian to just me coming.   :'(

Looks a great alternative to standard pizza. I've actually started using my spelt flour more so definitely add to our meal plan list.

Great bump I've been meaning to try this & a half serve sounds like a good option. JulieO do you do the same cooking time for half batches?

I will check dates tomorrow when looking at the work calendar & also Adrian.  No meetings spring to mind but then I haven't looked at my work calendar for the whole year yet.
