Title: Rum & Raisin Fudge

Hi all

Anyone had much success with Rum & Raisin fudge?

I've had great success with salted and sweet fudge. But I'm struggling with rum & raisin. Not sure if which "base" I should use. I'm not really a fan of R&R. So, not sure exactly how it should taste. But my darling wife likes it!

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you Judydawn. I was just a little worried about the large amount of dark chocolate (think it may be a little rich for Tracy).

I'll give it a go tomorrow (did three attempts last night, 2 R&R and 1 salted but using glucose rather than glucose syrup and I was disappointed).
