Maddy, that teriyaki chicken looks amazing - I am going to try it using left over turkey after Christmas.

Tonight we had beef madras

Using the Curtis Stone recipe I converted, with rice and veg. This was once again really yummy and one of my fav curries.

Glad you enjoyed it Berry  8)

Still munching through Christmas leftovers.....so for dinner I shredded cooked pork, blitzed up some garlic/onions/carrots/frozen broccoli, and once cooked mixed through some char siu sauce (Asian BBQ sauce), little soy, boiling water-cornflour,  bamboo shoots, baby corn and some peas.
Mixed it through some fresh hokkien noodles.

Dessert was left over cherry ripe mud cake.....which is wickedly good.....and so glad it improves with age, as there is still so much of it!
