Julie, that looks amazing. Roast pork is our favorite - slowed cooked until falling apart.

Thankyou.  ;D  I love roast pork too but we rarely have it.  Thoroughly enjoy it when we do.  :D

We had Maddy's pumpkin version of farfallina's zucchini sauce with pasta. It was lovely. I added a little bit of goat's cheese on the top to add contrast to the sweet pumpkin. Feta would have been nice too.

Last night we had Satay BBQ Prawns. I made the satay sauce in the TMX then marinated the prawns for 2 hours. Then put them on skewers for the BBQ. Cooked rice in TMX and put into thermoserver whilst I heated the left over satay sauce to pour over the top.
Was absolutely delish. Going to try it with chicken next time.

Tonight is sausages and vege.... boring but quick and easy as I don't get home til about 6.30pm  :'(
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Tonight is the beef curry from Dinner Spinner. I'm sure it will taste lovely.

Made Tenina's Bacon & Corn Chowder with Cheesy Scones (Dinner Spinner book).  Have reviewed it in that thread.

As with most of the treasures in Dinner Spinners this soup caught my attention, with the thought I wish I lived somewhere other than the tropics right now.  Now I looking at your great pic that wish is a burning desire - fabulous Julie.  :)  :)

Tonight I cooked Tenina's stuffed roasted peppers with quinoa.  Delicious. Only change I made was I used prunes instead of dates, only because that is what I had in cupboard.

I love reading about all the things we are making from Tenina's Dinner Spinner and the comments. It's a great little 'booklet'.
