Robyn, Hally's recipe was "8 chicken drumsticks, 1/4 cup honey, 1/8 cup soy sauce, 12 grinds of garlic powder and onion powder and 2 tspn dijon mustard.   Marinate 12 hours.  Cook 180oC or longer if you want more sticky yum"

I cut 3 chicken marylands in half at the joint, added 1 large clove garlic and 12 pinches of onion powder, marinated 6 hours and cooked in the weber 200oC for an hour.

Garlic Rise for DH, plus spicy chicken and sweet potato and assorted veges.  Boy that was really nice, and most of it was High protein low carb :D.
Cheers, Nola.

Yes Robyn, its something i have been making for years and i have never had a child that wont eat it.

I use drumsticks as they love them I take the skin off and score  the chicken. Adults love it too.

Thanks JD for posting.

I have a similar marinade that everyone loves its also a Honey Soya Marinade..

1 tbspn warm honey (i just use room temp)
80ml of soy sauce
1 tbspn sesame oil
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tbspns (roughly) of freshly grated ginger

mix all and use to marinate up to 1kg of beef, lamb, porc or chicken..i usually use chicken for at least a few hours...i usually do it overnight .

the marinade can be made up to 3 days ahead and kept in the fridge before adding meat of course..

I whiz up the garlic and ginger in the thermomix then add rest of ingredients and mix up again to combine and its done!

Judy's tuna and corn casserole - why because it was the first thread in the fisf/seafood section - really tasty.

Looks nice with the thicker noodles Robyn.  Why clean the plate - isn't that the latest way our top chefs serve their food.  Although theirs is a little bit of food and splashes of sauces all over the plate  :-))

I roasted a small rolled loin of pork with some pears and potatoes, steamed some veg and made gravy.  Haven't had a roast for ages.  :)
