All great delicious dinners you've been cooking girls. 8)  We are having leftover Chilli Chicken with steamed corn on the cob, mixed salad and potato salad. I know DH will have a slice of bread with his dinner.

We're having crumbed chicken and veggies tonight. I'm going to make a potato dish with French onion soup that I used to make years ago.

Chookie it wasn't fancy at asll. Simply mix a packet of French Onion soup with cream and/or milk. slice the potatoes very thinly and layer them in a container with a bit of the soup mix over each layer. Grate some cheese over the top and cook. The potato needs to be very thin or even par cook it first.

Tonight's dinner is a chicken and leek pie.

Nothing wrong with buying things Chookie. It usually inspires us to make our won things more. I believe Mingenew and Dalwallinu have lovely bakeries. So we will be checking them out on our 4 day sleepover, if only for coffee.
