I'm a little confused. My easiyo container will only hold 1 litre maximum. Do they make them in larger sizes? I would love to do 2 litres of milk at a time but don't want to buy a second easiyo insulted container.

Make the apple jelly yesterday. Wonderful. The final cooking took a lot longer than 20 mins but it was worth it. Nothing stuck to the bottom, beautiful color and amazing taste. Thanks Chookie. Will be doing more tomorrow.

Ditto also. I never use soft speed - always 1-2. I like to see things moving.

Hi Yamaha and welcome. Love the name. With the 3 road bikes we have here I should have called myself Kawasaki.

Hi Chookie,
Reading your post and thinking I have one of those tins. A bit more reading - I could have sold you that tin. I worked at that "field day" at Elmore for years selling bread mixes and equipment. What a small world. I will ask my friend where she used to source the tins.

Welcome and well done. It's a great sense of satisfaction to be able to do so much so easily isn't it. Keep up the good work. You are obviously enjoying it.

My lemons are terrible in summer but I bought some limes for something else. Think I will be trying this recipe instead. Just looks to good to pass up. Thanks Chookie

I love this recipe. It's the only one I use. Found it when you posted it somewhere else on the forum Meagan. So easy and tastes great. Greatful thanks to you and Elixabeth.
