That sounds like a fair outcome. The appliance has to be fit for purpose!
I don't recommend Thermomix anymore. I luckily kept my TM31 and it continues to work well.

I am sick of struggling with my weight, so tomorrow I start a new approach with the help of a hypnotist. It will be intresting to see how it goes.  I have already started watching my diet (with not much success yet as I LOVE food), and also doing some light exercises and trying to walk a bit more.  I very much hope all this works and I lose a couple of clothes sizes and feel better and fitter in the long run.
Cuilidh I too got very sick of struggling with my weight and dieting.
I went to see a registered dietition. It was the best thing I have done. I have an individual plan based on my medical needs, age, life style and food preferences. It is easy too follow and implement and I am being educated as I go. What I like best is that I have good practical support. My weight is slowly and steadily dropping even while on a two week holiday. It is helping to manage my Arthritis symptoms and other minor health issues.
The best thing is I am able to manage it all as I am supported and the plan is monitored, explained and adjusted. It is an investment in my future!
I can highly recommend an accredited dietitian and it is claimable on health insurance.

This is my go to brownie recipe. I also make it wheat and gluten free if needed. I use it for a "take a plate" or the small catering jobs I do. You can make 2 batches with the one 100g block of Lindt so there are not left over pieces of choc to be tempted by! Thanks CC a very useful and successful recipe.

Yes try and get this book! Mine was also a gift and it is my favourite Thermomix recipe book. I love it and use it a lot.

Judy did you freeze the pavlova just as it was or did you do anything to it. It would be great to be able to freeze pavs.

Yes I am really glad I didn't upgrade from TM31!
It is nice to have good service but it is a pity to have to use it on new machines.
