Post by: brenda77 on December 13, 2011, 12:07:26 pm
hi everyone tried this tonight.

Ingredients:

one batch sundried tomatoe and capsicum dip(everyday cooking)
cos lettuce
1/2 cucumber
4 boiled eggs
100gr cous cous
200gr sweet potato
1 medium mango

cook couscous and sweet potatoe in varoma with a soup of your choice.  dice veggies and eggs into small piece and mix 2/3 of sundried tomato and capsicum through.  hope this makes sense.  my kids thought it was YUMMY

i think she means to cook a soup in the tm bowl with the other stuff in the varoma.
it's a variation of the warm chicken, pumpkin and couscous salad from the varoma demo - mango, eggs and sweet potato make it different.

I'm assuming the soup is not a part of the recipe changes but just showing that you could be cooking two dishes at the one time.
