Made your creamed corn today Chelsea to go with my chicken and sweet corn soup - absolutely delish - turned it into more of a chowder but not complaining - YUM!! :)

Had this for dinner again. Used spaghetti as I didn't have Fettucine and it was delicious as always.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Made half quantity of this for dinner last night.  Didn't have any corn so added some extra veg ( carrot zucchini celery silverbeet) and added a little bit of mild sweet chilli sauce as I can't eat capsicums.  Very tasty and quick to make.

I haven't made this as DD isn't fond of tuna. It sounds delicious though.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

It is different for a tuna dish cookie, I was very surprised as I couldn't imagine what it was going to taste like prior to making it myself.

I might give it a try Judy. I will have some salmon on hand ready to cook for DD if she doesn't like it. I don't like doing 2 meals very much.
