Thanks. They were really tasty. I filled them with cream cheese and chopped dill and smoked salmon. DH took some with him this morning to a car club do and the plate came home empty.

Today I have made isi's chicken with coffee sauce, farfallina's rice pilaf, prepared the base and mash topping for a shepherd's pie with my roast pork leftovers for tomorrow's tea and have done the first stage of a passionfruit/banana ice-cream.

It didn't take me as long to get back into it as I thought it would Chookie.  I'm hanging out to make some rolls but there is no room in the freezer so they will just have to wait.

Well, I was going to make some raw chocolate today, but still haven't got it done - seem to have been on the computer all day!  After dinner (leftovers) the kids made jam tarts, and I made mango sorbet (for dh) and then needed to get rid of a heap of egg yolks, so made some sabayon... so we had mango sorbet, then a little jam tart with sabayon on top for supper!  ;D

Started the Christmas gift cooking yesterday, with the onion jam from the Meat on the Menu cookbook. Love this stuff, and hope my rellies will too! Found some nice little jars with fold down clips at the discount store to put it in - house smells good too (still)

I'm going to make the $4 chocolate mud cake for the first time......which I have always hesitated in making, because of the balsamic vinegar  :P..........so we'll see what I post later  ;)

Might just squizz over the dips threads......friend coming over later for a drink and catch up, and I want to make something I haven't made before.

Still haven't iced or tried the mud cake yet.

Just whipped up a tweaked version of AHS's spinach and fetta dip....very nice.
