I’ll be cooking some lamb cutlets in the a/f tonight for the first time. They make to much mess when cooked in a pan on the stove top.

Denise I almost made that Honey Nougat Delight instead of the shortbread. It sounds very nice.

I cooked my rye SD today.

My friends all raved about how good the Honey Nougat Delight was Cookie. Of course they wanted the recipe too.

Judy, how did the cutlets go in the AF. ? I have used it and spray the crumbed cutlets with a little oil before cooking them. Not so oily.
Think I might make Mabs Sponge today.  Will invite neighbours over for Afternoon tea.
Have a SD loaf read for oven.
Love the look of the Honey Nought Delight.  Thanks for the link.  Will also make that for Ral today.

Absolutely melt in your mouth delicious Chookie, a very light sprinkling of olive oil, cooked on 200  degrees for 15 minutes. Will do them for 2 minutes less next time as I don’t mine my lamb slightly pink. I learnt on one of the air fryer pages that if you put a piece of bread in the bottom of the a/f it will stop the smoke. I forgot to do it until I saw the smoke so then I added it and it certainly worked.  I then ate the piece of toasted bread too!

Haven’t really got started yet, but made some little cakes in K Mart Pie Maker.  Made 9 filled a couple with jam and cream.  Used an Aldi cake mix and 3/4 bottle of lite ginger ale.
Judy, of course you ate the slice of bread.  ;D

I must remember that to stop the smoke in the AF Judy.
Your cake looks quite perfect Chookie.
No cooking here today, other than some more vegie stock concentrate.

That looks very successful Chookie, so many people are doing that recipe. Were they nice and light?

Chookie, I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well  You are always so busy doing things for others so take it easy for a few days and look after yourself.  Sending you a big hug.
