Greetings thermoforum  :D
I'm a Thermosapien of just over 1 year now & thought it was bout time I joined to contribute to such a amazing community!
Without this forum I would have never even been introduced to the world of Thermomix - thanks to Isi's Portuguese Buns amazingly enough over 3 years ago  :o
I hope I don't embarrass myself too much!! ha ha

Hi blue wren, welcome to another Adelaidian.  Where are you, north, south, east or west?  So glad you finally decided to join us - Isi's Portuguese rolls was also the recipe that introduced me into the world of bread making.   I must go back and make them again, so many recipes on here that it's hard finding the time to revisit old, favourite recipes.

welcome bluewren. Glad you have now come out with a voice as we haven't known you were there for 3 whole long years. Its great when people who were too timid to come forth do so in their favourite topics. This forum is not about just a few people - its about 15,000 people  :D

Welcome blue wren. Indeed  isi's recipe is a good one but my new go to one is Astarras go to bread recipe. Give it a try.
