I've paid CP, but only yesterday as I haven't had internet access.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

don't worry frozzie, there's not many residents. there is only 170 houses in the bay, and it is very quiet and peaceful most of the time. usually there is a lot of empty houses in between a noisy one, and I'm sure residents will only be disturbed by laughter and music. (OMG I'm going to have to do something about getting all my lost music back from my iPod  PS: Everyone else too if you have one, or bring a couple of CD's if you remember)

frozzie seeing as you would be back in oz, are you able to come along? PM me if there is a remote possibility. You would be so welcome. I think you will be surprised with the cost of the actual weekend, and you would need to add your air fare on top.

Some of you may remember me posting a picture a while back of this 850g tin of caramel glazed almonds, pecans and popcorn which my SIL sends over from Costco Melbourne from time to time.  He popped in the other night during a quick visit over to see his Mum and we scored another can.  I have suggested to DH that perhaps I could take this one over to the West to share with my fellow retreaters and although he said I am taking my life in my hands by doing so, he did say it with tongue in cheek  ;D

So, what do you think guys - a good idea to nibble on during our evening get togethers?
