The poor caterpillar ES, what a way to go.  If it anything like my house, I would have been pleased it was DH and not one of the kids.  Mine would never eat it again.  I always wash my broccoli in salted water before use, we have had heaps of those green caterpillars hidden in it.

CC just make sure not to add the garlic to a hot pot or pan it will burn very quickly

i am making onion and carrot confit atm in the AF
