Hi Tanya, I am so glad you ended up with the TM21. Bet it got a shock when you turned it on I suppose you converting TM31 recipes for the TM21 is as easy as us converting normal stovetop recipes into TMX recipes. Welcome to our forum.

I love the look of them too isi. Can't print them out at the moment as we had a power failure for a very short time and now the stupid printer has had flashing lights all over it for the past 5 hours and won't turn off even if I pull the plug out. Have emailed technical people at HP, now have to wait for goodness knows how long.

Hi there Pam, welcome to the forum. We have lots of people on here with intolerances and they are doing fine with the recipes. Hope you can expand your choices now - let us know what you have tried, your successes and failures and we will see if we can offer any advice.

Hi mymac2009, welcome to the forum. Good luck with your healthy eating plan. A word of warning, stay away from the dessert & cake threads

Hi Rainbow, welcome to the forum. We loved Albany when our ship stopped there for a day in '08 - I said at the time 'I could live here'. Have fun with your TMX.

This book is sounding more interesting each time you post something andie - you must do something about it before it is too late (sorry!). Cook by day and write by night is my suggestion.

Thank goodness for that Pam_H I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me. As you say though, so many other delicious recipes to try (especially off the forum).

Yes, I too was wondering how things were going - also how are mealtimes in the household.

I wonder why I seem to be the only person who doesn't like this dish. I even tried Antonio Carluccio's recipe and that didn't do it for me either. Different strokes for different folks it appears.

Don't think you would get too many volunteers at all Helene. By the way, just had a look at your website and would like to thank you for all the lovely thinks you wrote about us Aussies. Andie - what in life have you not experienced What a journey you have been on and an autobiography would make for very interesting reading indeed.

I did Nico's version the other night but the TM bowl was so much harder to clean than when the diced potatoes are cooked in the steaming basket and only put in the bowl for the mashing process. Bellesy, I find 100mls stock + 100g milk far too much liquid so have only been adding a little milk and butter, checking it after a few seconds and adding more liquid until I get the consistency I want. If you want to use some stock, I would just use some of the 'potato water'.
