Soups / Creamy Carrot Soup

Name of Recipe: Creamy Carrot Soup
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:

1lt water
500gr carrots
3 potatoes
1 large onion
1 3 tbls Olive Oil
Salt


Preparation:

Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and onion, then place them in the bowl with 1lt water. Cook for 25 mins, 100ēC counter-clockwise. When done,add the oil and salt and blend for 50 secs, speed 7.

Name of Recipe: Cream of Courgette
Number of People:
Ingredients:

500g of courgette
1 onion
2 "Processed Cheese" triangles
1/2L of broth
10g of butter
salt and pepper


Preparation:

Cut the onion on half and mix 4 sec speed 5
Add the broth, salt and pepper.
Cut courgettes on bit of 3cm then put in the basket and in the bowl, 15mn 100° speed1
Finally, put courgettes in the bowl and add butter and "Processed Cheese" 1mn speed 10 and slowly increase the speed.
Add water if you like and mix 10 sec speed 4
