Chelsea's Honey Roasted Pumpkin Rosotto last night.  It was delicious.  :P :P

Not sure about tonight yet.

You ladies are cooking some lovely meals, I would have enjoyed coming to dinner to any one of your places  ;D

I have a pork fillet out but haven't decided what to do with it yet.

DH and I will be having Tenina's Curry and Coconut soup which I serve over her fresh rice noodles. It's superb!
DD5 and DS2 will be having tuna mornay  :-)) No chance of DD trying ours but DS does enjoy some noodles and soup too.

Our first DreamPot experiment or Red Rooster if it doesn't work out.

I used my "varoma" tonight and made Baf's chicken for the first time. My fussy DS turned his nose up at it before he had even tried it, but DD absolutely loved it and DH said that he'd be happy to have it again.

It's a great little recipe ES.
We had lasagne, normally an easy one but today was a hassle. Both my trusty lasagne dishes were thrown out today as they have large cracks visible inside and on the outside bottom of the dishes. Used a rectangle dish only a little smaller with messy overflowing results. Need to go shopping for a new one.

Roast lamb and vegetables from QFEO , and then stuffed amaretto peaches with Cointreau custard. Yummo, couldn't be happier  :D
