I remember when I was a young girl my mum tricked me into eating brains. She told me they were "big marrow" as I use to love the bone marrow in lamb chops!  UGH!!! I also remember mum cooking ox tongue in a big pot on the stove. Scary stuff for an eight year old!!!

Well a I have beef blade steak out of the freezer, was going to use it in slow cooker, now using pc for the first time & making Beef and Chorizo Stew (Pressure Cooker Recipe).

Thinking toasted turksh bread sandwiches for dinner tonight.

Ham, salami, sun dried tomatoes, avocado and fetta on mine.
DH and DS can have ham and whatever else they like. They have plain tastes.

Dniner tonight will be pizza - first time I have made a completely home-made pizza including the base and sauce :)  Wish me luck!

Dinner tonight is sc corned silverside, TM mashed potato, TM steamed broc, carrot and beans with TM made but oven cooked filled turkish bread (like pizza with a lid!)  :)

Massy's Parmesan and artichoke tart with anchovies added and using whole meal flour with Maggie Beer's  sour cream pastry.

Everyone elses dinners sound really yummy too... pizza or toasted turkish bread sounds really good (particularly yours DG) :D
