Hally I should imagine the meeting will be to tell you what is gooing on and what they see for the future.

Re eb, this is going to sound selfish, but I feel you should say no. Initially you have an ill MIL and anything may happen there and you may need to rush east without having to worry aboout relocating eb.
Secondly I wonder how CP would truly go having him for 6 weeks. Will his bike be broken and other precious toys. Also how will you feel if a major episode happens at Cocos? I sound selfish  but I think CP wants to do things with his Mum and Dad over the holidays. If all goes well maybe you could have him for a couple of days at a time during the holidays.

Happy birthday Crown Prince. You have great parents.

DH is no help at all, every year he says he will leave it up to me :(

Spent the morning at the awards assembly for Miss 11, and watched with a huge amount of pride as she received the Academic Award for her class. (after she had said to me this morning, Not fair Mum, I have not even had one single merit certificate this year.!)
Then to top it off she was also chosen as house leader again for next year. The look on her face was priceless.

Brag over  ;D

The tornado in Auckland does not sound nice Jo - just talked to my mum (2hrs north of Wellington!!) - she said 3 dead and 7 missing.  :'(

Yeah, scary stuff - lots of homes damaged too, and other injured folks.   :(
Where's your mum??  Would that be around Manawatu region?? (my sis is up that way...)

Yes, my DH is useless with presents - he probably won't even think to ask me if I've organised stuff until Xmas Eve...at the earliest  ;)
Jo

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.
