Hi. I am Lisa from Perth WA and I have just ordered a TMX.   Delivery in 25 days...and counting.    :) I have chosen not to have a home demo, I have been to a cooking class and have a consultant who is going to provide 1:1 on day of delivery. I can't wait until it arrives!, I am going to be finding out as much as possible about using the TMX before DDay (delivery day) and I hope to learn lots of tips and suggestions for getting to know my machine.  I hope to chat to members over the coming days/weeks.

Hello Lisa, welcome to the forum. I'm a little surprised with the lengthy wait for delivery but it gives you plenty of time to start browsing for recipes and stocking up on items for your pantry etc. I hope the time goes very quickly for you and look forward to hearing all about your experiences.

Hi Judy, thanks for the reply.. Yes it's a long wait but my consultant is going away on hols so I will get it when she is back. Also I work full time so I want to have the day off when it arrives so I can spend time with my consultant in the morning then the rest of the day playing with the machine probably while logged in to the forum.   It will be fun getting ready. I have Paprika on my  IPad and am busy collecting recipes.   :)

Lisa,  make a list of what you would like to cook in your TMX.  Buy all the ingredients and clean out your freezer.  Have fun.  And welcome to the Forum.

I hope the waiting is not too bad for you, it certainly is a long time to wait for your lovely TM.
And I guess it gives you plenty of time to prepare for its arrival. Sounds like waiting for a baby!

Hi Lisa & welcome to the forum!  Hopefully the remaining days before your Thermomix arrives go fast.

I like your forum name.  Do you have a greyhound?  We have an adopted greyhound (as well as another dog), she is in retirement and spends the majority of her day sleeping on the sofa  :)  Greyhounds are great dogs.
