Lovely sauce went great with our steak, mashed potatoes & beans tonight. One small variation some cornflour added to thicken. Next time will halve the recipe as there was just my husband & I.

Cooking for my 9 month old daughter was one of the key reasons I got the TM.  My consultant was having her second baby so bought the book along for me to look at & let me buy it from her.

I have made the chicken stock and sweetcorn and chicken risotto ... she loved it once she got use to the texture and it not being puree. 

I love the fact that the book & TM gets me making food I probably normally wouldn't have made for her and she will be able to try a wider range of food that is not processed.

Hi just saw this thread & exciting to hear you are coming to Adelaide  & it would be great to meet those attending at some point over the weekend, in the short time I've been on the forum it seems like a lovely & welcoming group.
At this stage I'm pretty sure Sat & I think Sun will be ok for me ... when do you need to know final numbers?
Friday?? I maybe working. I am meant to be going back to work from maternity leave on 3rd August but nothing has been confirmed.
Also It's my daughter's 1st birthday on the 13th August & I think her party will be on the 11th so need to lock that in.
I may not know a lot about the TM at this stage but I may have been known to enjoy a glass or two of wine from one of our wine areas which I can share my knowledge 

Hi we have had our Thermomix for a week now and loving having a go at making things I wouldn't do before and reducing the amount of process food we eat. 
I came across this forum when our first buttermilk scones came out a bit too wet & sticky.  Just made another batch today using 250g buttermilk instead of 380g as per the 2013 recipe book and way better .... thanks for tip
