Carine, mangoes were cheap but I don't like them. Got some lady finger bananas $1.99 kg, a bag of passionfruits for $2, peaches $2.99 kg.

Tonight I thought I might tweak a recipe on here I love http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6176.0 and add some pre cooked and sliced sausages before I cover with cheese and remaining risotto. I will serve it with steamed veges.

It will be an Oven Baked Tomato and Sausage Risotto. I hope it works.

Sausages tonight. It's too hot to do much.

JulieO I also have your photos with my recipes. They inspire me when I don't know what to cook.

Too hot and bothered to do much tonight.  We had salt and pepper chicken salad wraps (wraps made in thermie). Simple but delicious.

Chelsea ill be interested in which wrap recipe you used, ive tried them a few times in the past and either ended up in a huge mess with them sticking too much while rolling very thin, trouble getting them into the pan, too much flour when cooking (to stop the sticking problem), and very crunchy once cooked.

Have you tried this one Wonder.
This is Trudy Olive's

320g plain flour
1teaspn salt
3 tblspns olive oil
1 tspn baking powder
180g warm water
Place everything into the bowl.
Mix 10 seconds on speed 7 to combine.
Set to locked position and knead for 3 mins.
Put dough onto breadmat and rest 5-10 mins.
Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a flat round.
Fry in an oiled hot frying pan until they start to brown.  Turn them over and cook the other side.
OK to freeze.
Also great for making tortilla chips in the oven with any leftovers.

I used up the remainder of green prawns left over from the garlic prawns a couple of nights ago.  Crumbed them and served with mango salsa.   :)
