Thank you everyone, any suggestions are great . I will adjust for awhile but might have eggs a few times a week as I love them or have them at lunchtime instead so I get the steel oats in everyday!

Katie I have porridge every morning for breakfast it's been one of the few things that I could eat without any problem.  I have even had it for dinner when nothing else would stay down.
I like my eggs poached and very runny.  DH thinks they look disgusting.

Yesterday I made some Chow Mein using chicken mince that I had bought for sausage rolls then realised that I had I had sausage rolls in the freezer.

Today I am making filling and sauce for cannelloni although the filling looks a bit thin so might make it into lasagne.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made another Thermomumma giant loaf today. Also some Peanut Butter biscuits, which are delicious.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Made mashed potato in 7 and coleslaw by hand, to go with schnitzels. A copy KFC meal.

A box of mixed fruit and veggies delivered from Wilson’s will arrive today. I add a few more things to the order. ( KAtie, no choc coated raspberries ) trying to stay away from the Supermarkets. The box is $40 and with extras , about $80. and lasts about 2 weeks. Anything I don’t  ( can’t) eat I cook up for the GC when they come for dinner. Example, potatoes and bananas because of the potassium. A quick trip to the Supermarket usually costs me about $100 a week. I still need additional things but don’t go often.
